A fuse is two calls. The first spends your Machine and 5,000 PRINTER; the second draws the roll, and it draws against the blockhash of the ready block, which this chain keeps for 256 blocks — about 44 minutes. Send it inside that window and you get the 80/20 you paid for. Send it after, and there is nothing left to draw against: the commit loses automatically, having never been rolled at all.
Resolved only means the second call was made. Whether it was made in time is the whole difference: inside the window a reveal draws against a blockhash that still exists, and after it there is nothing to draw against and the commit loses by default. A win proves its own timing — a dead seed cannot produce one — so only the failures are dated, by the L1 block their reveal landed in.
Every fuse the clock has taken, both kinds in one list. A commit spends the Machine and the 5,000 PRINTER when it is made, not when it is revealed — every sacrifice below is already sitting in the Factory — so one revealed after the window and one nobody revealed at all have cost their owner exactly the same. The only difference is on chain: a late reveal leaves a loss written down, and an abandoned commit leaves nothing, because the event that says so only fires when the second call is sent. Neither can be undone.
